I paid the booking, you never sent the reservation to the hotel
How a company like yours ( Getaroom.com) can just finalize a booking, cash the money and NEVER forward it to the hotel?! I am flying to Athenes soon, the city is fully booked and hotel Acropolis Select NEVER got your confirmation. Am I supposed to sleep at the airport? For the one time I don't book with Booking.com, be sure it will teach me a lesson and i'll never come back to you.
