Bought & Paid in advance for numerous items..Appx $18000.00 for a 6-8 week delivery some of it they tried to deliver 4 months later..some was never delivered!! He tried to get us to take substitues..After him refusing to reund the money, we decided to take what we could get..He had sold about 25% of the furniture. then in the settlement he charged a 25% restocking fee + storage..He charged sales tax on the entire order!! On part of the order it . was delivered on time. charged a restocking 25% on that too..appx. 2500.00 worth of towels that he could not produce in a year he sent some less quality towels..all in all his word is worth nothing..I would not buy one thing from him ever again..Rudy Jaundoo is a crook..Beware!!!

hotelsupplystore.com, Was recommend to us by another company. We just purchase hotel and had not idea of all the upgrades we need for each year chain hotels change from one year to another. We spoke to rep. from Hotel supply store. I can't express the wonderful service they gave us as well as the products. We highly recommend this company. We give them a 5 star.
