Had booked into a hotel in Oregan only to find it was not only dated and dirty but actually dangerous! Huge cracks running through the electrics in the ceiling. A multitude of other complaints about the room, too many to mention. We left immediately, no staff in sight. Had booked for two nights so lost out for both. I requested proof of star rating, as it quite honestly deserved none! All I received was an apology! Im hugely disappointed at the companys lack of response.
