I have been working with company to keep my home out of forclosure and trying to catch up the people are rude I caught up all but 330.00 and now it's in active forclosure and the lawyer fees to keep it out are 1, 000.00 so now I have to come with 1300.00 and couldn't come up with the 330.00 to keep it out of foreclosure, what a joke they must really enjoy wreaking havoc on people's lives

You can't pay your bills on time therefore have zero standing to complain about penalty fees that you have incurred as a result.
