I have been calling the customer service number since Friday because I needed them to stop a transfer from one account to the emerald card. And was told it would be done by Tuesday, because of this wait my linked account is $300 over drafted. I am choking on these overdraft fees. They need to get their shit together and straightened out.
My bank works right to fix issues I don't understand. Worst customer service ever.
