Bought this Ultrex cookware set from HSN. It came with a 55 year warranty. Never was notified of a recall. Hsn said the manufacturer was suppose to contact the customers. No help whatsoever. If there's a lawsuit against them I would like to be added to the lawsuit.

I bought an Ultrex cookware set from The Home Shopping Network around 20 years ago that was suppose to come with a 55 year warranty. I tried contacting them and was not not able to get any help. They do not honor the warranty. I went online and read that they were suppose to contact the customers that purchased these because of a recall. I let them know that I had no knowledge of the recall because I was never contacted. They told me the manufacturer was suppose to contact me. If there is a lawsuit I would like to be added to it.
