Dear Team,
This concern in regards, wanted to share pathetic experience with one of the leading electronic company (HTC). As they only believe in sales not in service, I wish if your team can help me in same as your team helped me in past as well.
I have bought one HTC 816G handset in the month of 21st January 2015 of Rs. 16,500/-, in just three months the accessories of device got malfunctioned so they have replaced in two weeks. Then after a month while charging the cell phone it gets heat up & glass of device comes up with liner crack and touch pad operation stop. I reported the issue on customer care number they suggested me to visit service center. I reached to TVS electronics ltd. #C 102, first floor, Ansal Plaza, New Delhi 110049, on 13/06/2015, below is the resolution which I get it from there:
1. There I felt humiliated in front of all the customers seating there due to the rude behavior & high voice of front desk engineer Mr. Kumar Srivatav.
2. He threatens me by saying this liner “You can do what you are capable of”.
3. I said to sir this is the product quality issue How can it possible without a single scratch or dent on cell as well on screen card, cell phone glass break?
4. Also It will take a month time to repair after paying the amount (5,000/-) also.
5. They don’t have any owner or supervisor for respective service center.
6. Doesn’t have any cell phone through the service center, also they don’t know there ASM (Area service manager) contact details.
7. They don’t have standby for such customer’s like me.

Kindly help in this regards, as I have left with no option to pay & get the handset with loosing the self respect of mine.
