I had bought HTC ONE X Phone from Ludhiana on 29 June,2013. Just after few days of buying problems start arousing in my phone like Auto Rotation Problem, Camera didn't switch on problem, During call sensor problem. But I could not visit service centre because of my busy schedule and also these problems disappeared after factory reset. But they again arose and even after reset they were not resolved. So I submitted my handset for repair in Nov 2013. It took about 10-15 days for repair. After repair I received my handset in proper working condition. But Just after 1 week Same problems arose again. Also during that time my charger also sparked. So I had to send that to the service centre first. as according to their policy only one thing will be submitted at one time. So after I got the charger Replaced, I submitted my Handset again in January 2014 for the same complaints and the new ones like music player worked with the pauses. I asked them to replace my phone but they said as per their policies my phone can only be repaired. So I agreed this time. My Phone came after repair on around 30th January, 2014. Now Just after 10 days my handset became completely dead. It was not powering on. So I had to again submit my device on 11th Feb, 2014. This time I again asked the company to replace my phone because I cannot use this phone anymore as I Dont have time to keep going to service centre every time. Its been 6 months and I have been facing the problems. But Company personnel are saying that According to their policy a handset can only be replaced within 14 days of purchase. So I request this Board to Kindly look into the matter and get my handset replaced.
