SCAM!!

This site is a scam!!! I paid extra for my id to be mailed 2-3 shipping from http://how-i-d.com/index.html. It has been over a month. I have emailed them countless times receiving no response i'm furious! I know for a fact they received my payment because I, as well as them, have the tracking number. Please advise others to not use this site.
