Why they are not down yet? Seems everyone got ripped off and yet the site is working just fine! What can we do to get our money back? They ripped me off!!!

Please tell me what should I do to get my money back! As long as all people in the world know that they are just a bunch of frauds! Then why it's not shutdown?!?!?!

Canaianvisa.org is a fake site. Under Canadian law an agent must be registered to provide legal advice regarding immigration matters. Contact Canadian Immigration Department and they will also tell you about these scammers. They have a parent company that is also fake. They are also master in switching names.

Never every pay them a single penny.. BE CAREFUL

My boyfriend used the company, trying to immigrate to Canada, and once they got his money he hasn't heard from them - on top of which, I have tried calling the numerous numbers provided, none of which work.

I have sent email after email, to no avail.

What do we do from this point on?

i gave my masters card details to canadiavisa.org and the account was debited with US$800 to immigrate to canada. I am sceptical about whether or not they are real. what will i do? how can i get my money back? is my card risk of been debited sub subsequently since i gave them i details.

well that just happened to me two days ago, and thanks God I forgot my credit card at home, but my intention was only to give her the 1st six numbers, and I told her to send me the registration form and will pay online, and here I am checking the feedback and find what I was searching for "THEY ARE FAKE" thanks everyone for helping to avoid this.

i received a call from canadianvisa.org, she's been trying to convince me of paying 750 $ in order to activate my account on their website, i called the Canadian embassy here in my country and they confirmed its a scam, so be aware of that. it's a total fake!

If canadianvisa.org is your competitor and they posted a misleading review about you, then you can go to the court and have competitor's defamation case against them. You can also make a lot of money out of it for liability.

they are the SAME COMPANY AS http://canadianvisa.org/ which is a IMMIGRATION SCAM VISA COMPANY, they are collecting leads and customers contact details by pretending to give legitimate reviews.
