I had the same experience as the person in the previous email. They charged me 250.00 on my credit card through Paypal and they will not refund my $$. They state on the website that they have a store in the US and I should return the dress there but then they emailed me after I put in a complaint through my credit company and they sent me an address somewhere in China that I cannot even find on the map. I don't think that place exists and I am not spending more $$ with this company. The dress they sent me was horrifically ugly: not made of the material they said it would and 3 sizes too small. It looks like a doll's dress in a fluorescent green color. It was the wrong size, the wrong material, the wrong color. When it arrived, there was no tag or receipt. American Express did not do much to try to get my $$ back. I cancelled my order before they shipped the dress but they still shipped it and said that I could not do anything about it because they had already made the dress. I had asked for a size 6 but they said in the email that they hand make everything and that it would take time to make it. I didn't get it in time for the wedding I wanted to wear it for so I ended up buying another dress. When I ordered it, they said it would take 3-4 business days and they shipped it the day after I complained that it had already taken 2 weeks and I didn't need it any longer. The information on their website is incorrect. They do nothing to try to provide any kind of customer service. Once they have your $$, they do nothing to try to please you in what your ordered. I have sent them numerous emails and they just ignore my complaints. it has been a nightmare dealing with this company. I just hope no one else gets trapped in their lies and fraudulent behavior.

Plus I forgot to tell you this. The company address is in the state plus the web site. http//www.dressale.com. Plus the reason I have had fraud with them before. They didn't treat me right, they have rip-off my money on my credit card they are fraud. They Need to send my money back to me. Jan 25 of this last money I had a full refund then the same day it was take out. This lady from www.dressale.com told me that you will get your money back you have to deal with you credit company. Last night I was told that I would get a full refund. Then today I was told I have deal with a total story. Sound like they try to keep my full refund all today. 254.95. I don't trust that company. They are total fraud. I have been deal with this company way back in nov last year. They are total rude people. They total lies. They haven't been nice to me. Plus the lady on the phone told me there is acct on pay-pal open on the phone. I told her I never order that in the first place. That what I don't get I was lied to all this time from the being. They charge to me 254.95. Say there was only 1 dress and there was 2 they need to be taken care of. I never order to dress in my life. They are total mess up company. I think they need to get stop people to have to order people make a acct pay-pal make them more money. They lost a lot money that way. Plus when they make that acct. They get you big time. The lady on the phone told me that www.dressale.com told me how I did order the dress, I told her had to make a acct thur pay-pal and www.dressale.com found out that I got charge on pay-pal they still have me with a extra dress. I never order in the first place. I got charge have open a acct. I think I should get my full refund open pay-pal back also plus how they keep steal my money back. Plus I want a check to my address with my name. I am not going to send the dress to them until I get my money first. the way I see it I don't want them send it back on my credit have it take out no more. I want them send me check with the full amount with my name & address zip with 254.95 plus charge me on pay-pal cost me about 40 buck join. I think they need send that with on top that. Total 294.95. That would be my full refund. I that that would be right. I want it send to me in check. Plus they need to take that off order off pay-pal all together. This is the worst company. I have deal with them since nov 2015. They have been a lot crap all this time. Over 4 months. To me this not right. If I send the dress back to them I wont ever get my full refund back at 254.95. I would like you all check this out. I used a credit card. I talk to a lady with this phone number at 1-888-221-1161, 1-888-204-4481. I don't trust them. They are total mess with me big time. They are total fraud. She notice that there was another acct open on my acct. I told her I never order at all. That why I want this taken care of, Please. Thank you so much. They told me they close my acct also.
