Hi I am complaining about dutyfreedepot.com, I have not yet recieved my items I purchased three cartons of superkings ciggarretes and have not recieved them not only that they haven't even been shiped out for a week and a half. I have made numerious attempts to contact the company and either get a voicemail or if I get someone it's a different excuse everytime. You guys need to send out my order. And stop giving me the run around. One of those superkings where free. Bottom line is that my order hasn't shiped for a week and a half and I have not recieved it. Send out my order.
