This man will go to any extend to scam and rip off your hard earn money where, you will understand that this is a man who should rot in hell. This guy will gain your confidence to make the payment to buy IELTS score card if you are struggling to score enough in IELTS. He will show you many certificates which obviously are fake and edited. He will send you documents which will prove that you will definitely get the score card in merely 13 days. He will quote you a price of 500-1000$ in which he will ask 50% of upfront payment. PLEASE DO NOT PAY. Even if you confidence in his script, and pay 50% as a risk you he will then demand 200$ stating to arrange the stamps of IELTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED AND CENTERS IMAGE from which you will like to sit or mention in your certificate.  As soon as you will reject the payment and ask that why it was not being informed earlier he will accept his fault and will tell you he will pay 100$ and you need to pay 100$. PLEASE DO NOT PAY AGAIN. Even if you would like to take the risk, he will block you and will be gone forever with your money to hunt the next available customer.
