We were told we would be able to stream and work from home with HughesNet. It is very slow and says we have used all of our data, but we are unable to stream so I am not sure how the data ran out.

Every month my internet is slowed down because of over usage, At the first of the month when the speed should be brought back to normal it goes even slower. Every month I have to call to report the problem. Wading through the automatic system, then speaking with a tech in I believe India is getting very annoying. After a dozen different questions which I have to answer every month, and no apparent problems on my end, it finally gets fixed until the next month. Considering the amount of money it costs me every month for approx. 15 days of high speed internet, I find this constant problem to be unacceptable. Would someone in authority please address this problem and get it fixed.

18 months ago I cancelled my service, but I'm still getting a monthly bill...called today and "there is no record of my call to cancel ..." I'm ready to call a lawyer.
