Kimberly Gehrke loan officer at Aurora IL, she was horrible. Her way of communicating throughout my whole process to obtain a mortgage loan was so horribly gone wrong. See I was working with a differ bank and was already pre-approved but they referred me to Kim because she would take care of me and would approved me for closing costs, which she did... but had me back and forth with papers to send to her, to sign the mortgage application, pulled my credit TWICE! Saying all I need is this type of Gross income, verified my job and hours and that would be it to obtain my loan. I gave her all she asked for.. until now..Case closed and moving from this bank. I would NOT suggest anyone go to Kimberly. very unprofessional. So much waste of time and effort

If we didn’t have direct deposit and all our bills paid from online payments we would switch banks. We were with First Merit until Huntington took over. To put it mildly, this bank SUCKS! We’ve had double payments taken out... the customer service agents are rude.. and I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve had to drive around the city looking for another branch because their atm machines are out of cash. Just this morning I went to the one in Oaklawn Illinois and the screen wouldn’t give me the option for withdrawal. I called .. and was told it was either malfunctioning or it’s out of cash. The representative told me I could drive x amt.of miles away to another one. I said I didnt think that was too convenient and she replied.. “ Well it’s only a few miles away” WHAT? I said if I went to another bank 2 blocks away you’d be quick to charge me for that! She then said I could call AGAIN and get the fee reversed for using another bank. WHY should I have to keep using other banks to get cash and then call Huntington and be put on hold and go through all that? This bank has been nothing but a pain in the REAR!
