General

Assistant manager Josh Stros : tells you he is the bank manager( misrepresented) himself, rude very arrogant, un caring , I asked him for copies of the paperwork on my account in which he had in his hand so I could take care of the matter on which I was in there for, he said he would mail them to me.. I was standing right there, I asked again he proceeded to tell me he would charge me $5.00, for each copy 4 pages Total $20.00....WHAT....he told me to leave as I sat down or he would call the chesterfield police, I sat down and responded, Ok call them....2 seconds latter he made copies all but one and told me to leave now , I have worked in customer service for over 40 years and I gave never been Mistreated from anyone or have done that myself...are you kidding me you have a job there because people like me and my family do our banking there.... No more will go to a credit union
