Hello, This is to bring to your notice that yesterday we had a flight from Fly Dubai.Our Flight timing was 19:55 and our flight number was:FZ 021. Me and my other two friends total 3 people were there. We reached in the airport counter 2 hours earlier.But they had an issue with their system where they couldnt print our boarding pass they had an error with one passenger named Mohamed/HusainMr due to the same they kept us all 3 waiting till the plane flew. They issued for us another boarding pass for the same day 00:55 flight no FZ 029 we had to wait in the airport for almost 7 hours as our second flight also got further delayed. We had a very poor experience we arrived our homes in the mornings and without sleep had to go to our works. We request a compensation for all the inconvience we encountered.Failing to do so we will escalate the matter and will ensure not to travel on this flight anymore.
