I was sent trail hydrolyze cream for dark under eye and puffiness. I tried the crea for thirty days. It didnot do anything for me. I tried calling got no return call. I sent email nothing. I received a call last week from a gentleman, he wanted to send me another product. The way he explained it to me I said no. He hung up. I called back , a lady answered. I told her the problem . She told me someone will get back to me. It is the beginning of another week. March/ 24/ 2014 4:55p:m. I want my money return to my account. My account have been charged $68.95 two times. I received the trial product only. Return my money.
