UNABLE TO CONTACT SUPPLIERS.
I too have been caught up in the try before you buy it promotion. It said risk free for 30days but I note that in addition to my having paid the required shipping cost the Statement sent with the goods states that two payments of $69.95 will be taken from my credit card. I did not agree to this.
My complaint is that I have been unable to contact the company. The N.Z. number is not available and nor is the 24 hr call number contactable. Very frustrating. I also emailed their customer services and support centres and have not had the courtesy of a reply. I have requested they do not send me any further products. Marked my emails "For attention CEO's."
I am unable to use the product, my Doctors orders, as it causes severe watering of my eyes plus itching.
