This is the sequence of events that happened:
1. I ordered the product as advertised on the net on the 30th November 2015, was given a confirmation on the 2nd
December 2015.
2. On the 17th December, I wrote in to let you all know I hadn't received the product to date. I received a letter saying
everything had been shipped, and it was tracked to Australia, but , I hadn't received it.
3. I finally received the items on the 23rd December 2015.
4. I was billed by Hydtryhdrolyze .com on the 17th January 2016 for AUD101.98
5. I was billed by Bellaplex .com on the 16th January 2016 for AUD101.98
6. I wrote in to cancel any future orders as I was not happy. I was billed early , I hadn't up to that stage even had the
products in my hand for the GUARANTEED 30 days RISK FREE .
7. I was also billed more than the amount stated I would be billed for.
8. I wrote in to complain and to cancel, and my letter was acknowledged received by automatic return.
9. I didn't receive acknowledgement of my cancellation. I wrote in on the 25th January 2016 to remind that I hadn't
received any confirmation of my cancellation for both the products.
10. I now get billed again on the 15th Feb 2016 for Bellaplex AUD 98.09 and Hydtry.. for AUD 98.09
11. And now you tell me I didn't cancel and it is all done within your rights of terms ?


I am going to report this to the fraud site. I have already complained to my credit card company.
Your company has breached several of the terms of agreement.
1. I was not provided with the 30day guarentee.
2. I was charged and my credit card deducted before the due date, AND, more that the agreed amount.
3. I have again been charged further , and I haven't gotten any new product.
