I am filing my tax returns with IBSN this year.
From registration i got continious call from IBSN till i make my payment.
After payment they sent me a PDF with mistakes
i wrote to them but no response, i tried calling the indian contact numbers,
either no reponse or they are switch Off.

can anyone pls help me with this.
can someone pls provide me the escalation numbers or email ids.

Same happened with me... After getting the money from me, they never bothered to look into my case.
The service rep would tell each time that they would complete the steps in 24 hours. But nothing happens.
After calling them every now and then and inquiring about my filing status somehow i got mine filed. Now their website is down. Only God knows!!!
