Money has been withdrawn from my account without any permission. FREE SHIPPING, that means free not $12.97 a month. I would like this account to be refunded. If I signed up for anything it was for FREE SHIPPING.

I was going over my credit card bill and found a charge that I hadn't noticed. It has been on for some months and I can't remember signing up for it. I called the company and they found my "account" right away and said they would cancel it right away and refund me 90 days worth of bills. I have been charged for 12 months and have never used it. I get free shipping other places without having to pay to get it free. I have never received papers saying I was registered, the cost was for $12.97 a month..

The person who answered said I had registered but there wasn't any place that said there was a charge when I checked their ad online. I see a lot of others have been taken advantage this way and would like more reimbursement than 90 days.
