ONGOING CHARGES

WHILE TRAVELING I FOUND THAT A FRIEND HAD DIED. I ATTEMPTED TO SEND FLOWERS FROM WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A LOCAL FLOWER SHOP IN CHILLICOTHE OHIO. WELL AS I WAS DOING THIS ON LINE THE FIRST THING THAT CAME ON THE SCREEN WAS FREE SHIPPING FOR ONLY $1.97. THEN I WENT TO AN ORDER PRESENTATION FOR FLOWER. THIS COMPANY CALLED ME AND SAID THEY WERE OUT OF THE SPECIFIC FLOWERS BUT THEY COULD GIVE ME A DISCOUNT. THEN THEY WANTED A SPECIFIC ADDRESS FOR THE FUNERAL HOME. I GAVE THEM THE NAME OF THE FUNERAL HOME AND THAT IT WAS ON SECOND STREET. DID I KNOW THE STREET NUMBER? I SAID NO BUT YOU SAID IN SOME YOUR INFO THAT YOU HAD BEEN DELIVERING IN THAT AREA FOR 14 YEARS. AS IT TURNED OUT THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE FLOWERS AT ALL BUT THE SOCALLED FREE DELIVERY WAS CHARGED. WELL AS I WAS TRAVELING I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST SOMETHING I COULD ABSORB. THE $1.97 WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD ON JAN. 2
BUT NOW ON JAN 8TH THEY CHARGED $12.97. APPARENTLY SOMEWHERE IN THE FINE PRINT THEY MAYBE MADE SOME REFERNCE TO AN ONGOING FEE. I AM NOT SURE IT WAS EVEN PRESENTED AT ALL. I GOT ON SITE TO FIND HOW TO CONTACT THEM AND WAS TAKEN TO PROFESSIONAL "CANCELING SITE" FOR A FEE. I TRIED TO CALL THE ORGANIZATION WHOSE PHONE NUMBER WAS SHOWN ON MY CREDIT CARD AND AFTER MANY AUTOPHONE CHOICES I DID GET TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND WHO HUNG UP WHEN I TRIED TO TELL HIM THAT I DID NOT ORDER THAT SERVICE EXCEPT FOR A ONE TIME DEAL. HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
