$12.97 UNauthorized charge to my credit card every month

*PLEASE* help me ! I am Mentally Disabled and some company or whatever they are have been STEALING - Charging one of my credit cards $12.97 a month for many months now, but I just caught it. Can someone HELP me get my $12.97 for each month they FRAUDENTLY charged my card back. Apparently they have done this to many, but I live on social security and can not afford being STOLE from.
