Whatever IC FreeShipping.com
has been taking monthly debits from my Visa since Nov 2018.
I don’t know how to drop this scam!! I have reported them to our financial institution.

I never heard of these website and they took $12.97 dollars out of my bank account please put that money back in .

I once checked by visa statement and noticed a charge of $12.97 by IC FreeShipping.com and then found out that the company had been charging me without my authentication for over a year and half. I called IC FreeShipping and was told that the charges were for a membership account set up using my wife's name and address with no any other critical information like date of birth and social security number. IC FreeShipping quickly agreed to cancel the membership and refund 7-months' worth of the charge while ripping me off for 11-months' worth of charge (~$150). It is very clear that IC FreeShipping scams victims by collecting the victims credit card information, charing a small amount ($12.97) every month to the victims' account so that the charge may not be easily noticed, and returning a portion of the illegally collected money back upon complains by the victims while still retaining a large portion of the scam profits. Browsing the internet, one can see tons of complains about unauthorized change made by IC FreeShipping to various people. I wonder why this type of business still exits today without being subjected to criminal investigation.
