I have been charged $12.97 since February 2018 on my Visa card. Have no idea why and want this to be fixed and reimburse for these unauthorize charges. Please contact me at email address [email protected] or Mary Harden 817-457-3136 as soon as possible.

I discovered that IC*Freeshipping was taking $12.97 out of my Credit Card every month without my knowledge, when I called the representative was so rude to me,she told me if I didn't stopping talking then she wouldn't help me. I said I didn't understand what this was all about, she yelled I TOLD YOU WHAT IT WAS !!!! I'm still not sure how I got this but I told her to cancel it, I'm not sure she did, so I cancelled my credit card and got a new one, I feel like I've been scammed by this company and I still don't understand how I became one of their targets.
