Money taken

Today I get on my online banking and I see that I have $12.97 coming out of my account to some IC FREESHIPPING! Wth! I make just minimum wage and you want to take my money when I have rent, car payment, bills I have to pay! I want my money refunded! I have not ordered anything from anywhere in almost two months so why is this happening?

Money missing

I just checked my online banking and I have $12.97 out of my account! That’s not okay! I haven’t ordered from anywhere or anything and I get paid like nothing so I need all the money I make to pay bills so for IC FREESHIPPING to be stealing my money is not okay! I want my money back!
