Rude Immigration Officer
On 13th August 2019 (Tuesday) at 1.34pm, my husband drove through Counter #12 at the Woodlands Customs Checkpoint. As I wound down the window and was reaching out to place the 2 passports on the window ledge, the car surged forward and I was forced to drop the 2 passports onto the ledge while trying to retrieve my bag which had fallen onto the floor of the car.
The customs officer took it as I was "trying to be rude" and I realized he was upset (although through no fault of mine as it was accidental), I immediately said, "sorry, sorry" twice.
After he was the done with the passport, this officer was extremely rude. He deliberately pushed our passports out of my reach. When I told him I could not reach it, he moved a cm closer - which is tantamount to not helping at all. This act is impertinent and he has to remember, he is here to do a good job and serve the commuters. I am a tax-payer and I do not expect to be treated so rudely by this officer.
I hope he will be called to task and be instructed to have better manners with dealing with causeway commuters.

Rude ICA officer
At 11.30pm on 7th October 2017. My husband the only bread winner took an urgent time off from his night shift job as he was experiencing slight chest pain. Upon reaching the woodlands motorcyclist checkpoint lane going towards Johor bahru. One of the officer blocked the very left lane which is less congested than the ones on the right side. He then waited and explained to a malay male officer wearing an ICA jacket that he is diagnosed with heart problem, the officer sarcasticly said to my husband, "Wah! You have heart problem still can ride a bike ah???".
As if that was not sarcastic enough, after removing the barricade as my husband ride off he once again said sarcasticly in malay, "Heart attack stay home la!".
This is not the first time your officers behaved very rudely. I myself experienced such rudeness as one of your malay officer shouting and screaming rudely to the motorcyclist as if we were prison inmates.
This is unacceptable and have been going on for far too long. It is only a matter of time someone hit one of the officer for being sarcasticly rude.
Please look into this matter.
The two officers mentioned above are definitely locals and this shouldn't be happening in Singapore.
Thank you
