I am kalim from okhla New Delhi. I had worked in ICCS bpo company at mohan co-operative industrial area New Delhi. As a sales representative in whirlpool process. My agent ID - ATS27780. I had joined with this organization on 5th dec 2018. Still I didn't get any type of letter from ICCS. HR team told me that, we can't provide any type of letter like offer, intent & appointment letter. Even company didn't followed the govt wages act. It's don't follow minimum wage act, 1948; and the payment wages act, 1936; ICCS make payment to their employees under the diagram below:-

1-BSES -6k
2-Vediocon -7k
3-Aam aadmi party -8k
4-Whirlpool -8k

According to the minimum wage act, 1948; The company can't give less than 14698.00 Rupees. But still that anti-govt organization working and robbers their employees.
