Dulux Never Miss Ceiling Paint

After applying the Dulux Ceiling White we noticed a pungent odour similar to a rotten egg. First when I complained I was told the paint would take several days to dry due to cold weather and the odour would go away. The odour kept getting worse so I call Dulux several times and finally they admitted that the paint was faulty and told me I had to apply the Odour Blocker 2 coats to stop the odour. We applied the odour blocker . The odour did not go away and was getting worse. I contacted Dulux again and was told they dont know what else I could do. I asked them to tell me what chemical was causing such a bad odour but they refused to tell me.
I asked to speak to the Manager but they refused to even transfer the call or give me the name of the manager. I was told a
representative from Dulux would come and see us but nobody came. Dulux treated us very badly. The odour was causing respitatory
problems , head ace, dizziness . We finally had to move out and get the ceiling removed at hugh cost. Dulux showed complete disregard. I even complained to Bunnings but they also pretended to be concerned but really were not interested or of any help.
My experience with Dulux has been very bad. I will never use Dulux again . They simply dont care . Never buy Dulux.

dulux paint -terrible to work with

I have recently been decorating for the first time in about 8 years. My partner has bought 4 different kinds of Dulux paint, both gloss and emulsion, and have been shocked by how poorly it takes to the walls or woodwork. It seems to solidify very quickly and feels like your brushing on artex. The finish is of a very poor standard, and, from what I can remember, no better than cheap industrial paint.

Dulux Paint

Dear Sir/Madam,


I am writing in regards to the way the paint has turned out that I used to piant the skirting, door frames and doors in my house, I am appalled by the poor customer service that has been demonstarted over the telephone, which has reulted in me having to write in.


The batch numbers stamped on the lids of the reformulated paint cans end with the letter ā€œNā€ have caused these problems. Having spoken to someone on the telephone technical line they have been of little help.


Please can someone contact me with a matter of urgency to resolve this as this has caused me a great deal of loss finacially, which includes the purchase of paint, labour to have this work carried out and mentally which cannot be compensated that easiliy, I would like someone to contact me so we can amicably resolve this for both parties immediately.
