100Rs Debit every month from my saving account

Dear sir.
This complaint regarding 100Rs deduction every month from my saving account wihout any information under
IPRUGTP-NCA. So request to you please stop this deduction.and refund total duduction amount in my saving account a.s.a.p. others wise i will register complaint against ICICI. Bank.take necessary action.
and stop monthly deduction.
