Respected Sir/Madam,

I received a suspicious call from the mobile +91 73098 74451 claiming they are ICICI employee and wanted to redeem accumulated points in the credit card account and they declared my confidential information like Date of Birth, Card number, card association(primary) to the account and said she will be sending a message and I should tell the code to her to redeem the points.
When I told the code she said its expired and resending the code again, like this she transacted on my account for four times and debited various amounts in each transaction. Meanwhile, I received message from bank saying my credit card is debited for the transactions and I realized it is fraud and asked their name, employee id and manager details.
one more person spoke as manager and told their is nothing claimed on my Credit card and they closed they call.
Later I see they debited my Credit card for around 40000.
Please do the needful to get my amount back and stop such frauds.
