Alston Technologies Pvt Ltd had opened the current account last year in july 2013 at ICICI Bank, Bhikaji cama place branch, New Delhi as the company is also located at Bhikaji cama place.Company already has current account in NBCC branch and Green Park branch since last almost close to 4-5 years now. I am personally assosiated with ICICI bank since last 16 years. Due to the bank employees poor services and rude attitude the company closed its current account no-181905000031 from Bhikaji cama place branch in just 4-5 months.

After closing our account from this branch, When ever any employee from Alston technologies goes to deposit cheque or for transfer of fund to bhikaji cama place branch the response they get from branch employee - server is down you can go to green park branch where you have your company account. This has happened many times in the last 3-4 months. Employees have seen them doing it for other customers but not for them. And then they will laugh at the employees. It has been very humiliating for the employees as well as for me. They are personally taking out grauges against me as I have closed the account from their branch due to poor services.

The employees named Abhijeet and Amit have misbehaved with my employees from time to time. Abhijeet is the one who mostly comments to the employees about me. He always tell them to go to green park branch where madam knows everybody.

I will stick to that branch where I am getting excellent services. I have no problems with green park branch. People like Aditya, Gaurav are excellent at customer handling.I never had any issues with green park branch whether it is salary transfer of employees or fund transfers etc as it has always been taken care by Aditya. The only problem we have is of distance.

What I want to know from Bhikaji cama place bank employees-
Is this there personal bank?
Can they identify which customer to serve and which not to serve?
Can they take out their personal revenge on customers?
Can they harass/humiliate me being a female?
Are they here to provide services to customers or to humiliate and make fun.

Today again my employee was returned back saying server is down, you go to your green park branch.I want bank to take action against Abhijeet who has been talking ill about me to my employees.or i will be compelled to file a defamation case against him.

I need a written apology from Bhikaji cama place branch from bank manager and Abhijeet.
