I have applied for personal loan and my application no. is 6057657279 .I got a verification call on the same day. After that there is no response from your side.Atleast I must know the status of my application.

I have applied for a ICICI Bank personal loan through Bank Bazaar and got an Application ID 1074975344 and also received an email from ICICI with a reference no 62957392. I have submitted all the documentation which was asked for and also had an ICICI bank representative visit my home for Verification. I was advised that i would be getting an update about the status of my loan in a couple of days but i have not heard anything from you and its been more than a week now.
This is not acceptable from an esteemed organization like yours where i dont get any update nor your represtative answer or return my calls.
This is the second case first being applying for a credit card and getting all the formatlies completed and the running from pillar to post to get an update on the status of the issual and finally getting rejected without providing any satisfactory answer at all.

I applied for a personal loan for which i am committing to pay the interest and processing fees and also for a fact i am requesting for a loan and not ordering so you should at least have the courtesy to inform me if the loan would be sanctioned or not.

FYI. since the application procedure from the time i logged into Bank Bazaar and the last verification call that i got last friday was so quick and seift i was contemplating changing my salary account from another bank to ICICI but now i am in TWO minds as this has happened the second time with me.
