THERE IS AN UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION OF RS.100/- MONTH FROM MY ICICI ACCOUNT UNDER TR, REF.- IPRUGTP-PHBG-SR552280746-SI SINCE MARCH 2018 TO MARCH 2020 I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF CHARGES ARE. I REQUEST YOU TO GO THROUGH THE MATTER AND TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND HELP ME TO RETRIEVE THE DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT.

IPRUGTP-NCA RS.100 DEDUCTION
Hi team,
I hold a salary account from icici bank. There is a deduction of RS.100 in the name of iprugtp-nca without any prior information. If this continues I'm planning to close my account. Is this the thing people of icici bank do to their customers.
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

This complaint regarding 100Rs deduction every month from my saving account wihout any information under
IPRUGTP-NCA. So request to you please stop this deduction.and refund total duduction amount in my saving account a.s.a.p. others wise i will register complaint against ICICI. Bank.take necessary action.
and stop monthly deduction.

I was holding a salary account since 2 years from icici bank. There is a continues money deduction of RS. 100 from my account since 2 years in the name of Iprugtp-nca without prior information by mail or sms. If it keeps happening I'm planning to close my account. Is this the thing icici people do they to their customers... I don't need any plans on my account. Plz resolve it immediately.

I hold a salary account in ICICI bank and every month a charge of rs 100 is being deducted fro my account by the name of IPRUGTP no idea what this charge is and why any intimation was not given on this.I want to stop this asap.

I am holding an account in icici bank charmjnar branch from last 12 years and every year i was submitted my AADHAAR copy for kys purpose, they havnt give ne any acknowledgment for that. At this year when i sent my daughter to submit AADHAAR copy, they said to my daughter photo of account holder is compulsory. Then after two to three day i received a msg that my acount has closed,
I send to my daughter to findout, she also came to know the same. Staff asked to consult to ghe manager regardin the isaue but then manager was on leave dor a week.so consult with dy.manager by name Rambabu he asked to make a call with the registered mobile no to customer service, I did they have taken my 1 1/2 hr to talk till then I was kept on holding for three times.
Aome staff spoke and listen the issued then he connect conference call to the dy.manager of the same branch. He asked me to co.e again they will reaolve the issue .
Again went and they still they dont hav any option as they except to open new account with minimum balance of Rs.5000/- or to take back remaining amount throug DD or cheques.
But they cant restore my same account.
Gill the date my issue was not resolved by the icici bank.

I am Priyanga Rajendran. I am holding a salary account in ICICI Bank. I noticed some charge in the amount, so i checked my ICICI Bank statement and found one consecutive deduction of Rs 100 with the description of IPRUGTP-NCA-SR**********-SI from Januray 2018 - February 2019 without any prior information.
I am not aware what type of charges are these. So Kindly tell us why have you deducted this amount.

We have applied for ICICI home loans - initially it was 8.5% but after submitting the documents , they said it would be11.5% , so we rejected the loan. But then they had deducted the processing fees of 7018Rs. from my account through the cheque we had given earlier.

Requesting to credit the amount back at the earliest.
