Almost every month there are unexplained items on my credit card bill of amounts in the $10 area from SHOP SMARTER.COM and IC GH PROSHOPPER.COM, and I do not know these people nor have I any bills/information, in September there were two charges, $1.97 and $9.97, in October the charge was $9.97 and $16.99, in December $9.97 and $9.95. I have no idea where these charges come from or why, and I would like an explanation as to why they are on my credit bill and also to have these unauthorized charges refunded
