unauthorized withdrawal of funds

This company withdrew $19.95 out of my checking account without authorization 2 months straight. I have never heard of this company nor did I give them permission to access my personal funds. I now have to change accounts because of these scammers. I cannot find any contact info on ID Nanny.

Cancel my account with Id Nanny I do not need it and do not deduct any more money from my bank account.
