Facebook Ad unauthorized transaction

Hello,

I was charged with Rs.29000 amount against my Debit Card with IDBI Bank, following are transaction details. I have already blocked the Debit Card from usage.

Transaction Details :

MAST-POS/FACEBK ADS fb.me/ DR 29,000.00

Can anyone please help to understand what is the process to reverse the transaction ? Many Thanks.
