Complaint gist : Company has provided internet data for 10GB per month for 3 months.
While billing, it seems data usage is charged by company and included in my monthly bill.
1) while providing free data, there was no any agreement or term conditions were disclosed by company.
2) No any agrement made between customer and company.
3) company just forwarded messages stating, they are providing 4G internet data free for three months.
4) No intimation on hidden charges at all.
5) 2G and 3G services were no where mentioned in the messages and we have not changed our network service while usage for 2G or 3G.

This was askes by user for any free service but considering previllaged customer it was provided.

Now, in billing unit, company charged hidden charges for data usage for which company never make aware us on it.

Company closed my complaint for revised bill excluding data usage without peoper resolution and asking me forcefully to pay monthly bill along with data usage charges.

Requesting help.

This is repeated to most of the idea users, which shows company's intention clearly.

Looking forwad for waiver on data charges, else there would be no other option but to discontinue services
