Do NOT get financing through Ideal Image. They tell you to pay a minimum due, which I did every month on time, not knowing that I was not paying the actual amount due. Which is NOT listed anywhere on the statement. So when my account expired I checked my account and I had over $700 in finances charges they said I owed. I had gone paperless so I paid directly from the link they sent me every month. When you go through the link it does not give any information as to when your promotion ends, only on the statement. What a surprise I got today when I went online to see all of a sudden I owed a ton more money. When I called to talk to someone I was told they could take over $300 off, this wasn't good enough for me, I mean I had paid what they told me to every month, I was given no notice on the two emails they send me every month to make sure I pay my bill and I was calling just days after the promotion expired. I spoke to a representative and notified them that I would not pay the bill unless they adjust it interest! I spoke to them several times and was refused each time, they said it was my fault! I understand that I wasn't reading my statement, but I thought all of the pertinent information was on the website, why wouldn't it be? When I asked why wasn't there a minimum and maximum due, like all other credit cards (and they call this a credit card) I was told their system doesn't work that way. Of course it doesn't this way at the end of a promotion the customer can be told they only paid off the minimum, which was our main option!!! I feel like I have been robbed by these people. after three months of being late, I was told if I pay $100 per month for 3 months they would remove all late charge and we can move forward....guess what? 2 payments later and nothing had been adjusted and I still have a negative credit report on file! Frustrated senior!
