I was charged for an Ideal Image membership (over $1700) and initially made an appointment for Ultherapy. I decided to change my service from Ultherapy to Voluma injections and call the office to make the change. They told me no problem and that they would call me back once they had the schedule for the nurse that administers the Voluma injections. A week went by and I still hadn’t received a call. I called and had to leave a voicemail, which I did. Another week went by and still no call back. I called again, left a message, and waited another week. I finally reached out to the National customer service who was able to reach the office finally. They made me an appointment without checking with me to see what my work schedule was. I called a couple of times (this took another week) and was able to speak to someone so I could change my appointment. The woman on the phone told me the nurse that does injections only works on Sundays and that they weren’t booking into the next month yet (This was in May when I called). I was told that someone would contact me later. It’s almost July now and I haven’t heard a peep from anyone at Ideal Image. I disputed the charge with my bank claiming fraud as I paid Ideal Image in April and have yet to even set foot in one of their treatment spas. This is a HUGE scam that they’re running. It shouldn’t be allowed.
