I have been paying off my ridiculous, over the top and not worth it charge of $4500 over the past 2 years. When signing up (2 years ago) I was under a promotional no interest charged 24 month period. I was recommended to pay JUST THE the minimum every month by the saleswoman (who overcharged me in the first place) so that is what I have been doing. I went to pay off my balance of $471.60 TODAY to be done with it and I was charged Interest of $1098 THIS MONTH. If a company advises you to receive paperless statements so intently they should also provide you with CLEAR information any good customer deserves. There was no courtesy email or call, no warning letter, no nothing! I would have easily paid off my balance had I known my period was up. When I spoke to "Customer Service" on the phone there was nothing they could do to help even though this all happened within the last 30 days. I will be paying my balance as planned and they can take whatever measures they need to collect the rest since they will NOT be getting it from me.

Our promotional fee ended and we were not notified by mail or email that this was happening. We now got hit with a $1600 interest charge! We were not told this was going to happen from the Ideal Image staff when we signed up for the Ideal Image VIP card. This is completely ridiculous!

I was notified on Friday 12/15/17, that their computer caused a clitch in their system & it accidentally withdrew $876 from my Bank acct. & that they were working on the situation to refund it back into my acct. but then they said it couldn’t take up to 10 days for it to go through, their only response was “well your not the only one that it happened to.” The main company in Tampa, Florida called & left her phone # & email to contact her if I had any problems with the refund. Well I did (“I didn’t receive it”) so I kept leaving voicemails with no response & all my emails were returned undeliverable, she must have just been blocking them, because she even spelled out the correct email & it was on my voicemail in print, called my bank & just had to change my debit card so they can’t deduct from my acct. again Bad time for them to wipe out my bank acct. the week before Christmas & still haven’t heard back from them. Don’t Ever give them your Debit card # or access to your Bank acct. coz I have no idea where that amount even came from, Also the reason I’m make this complaint is because this is the 2nd time I’ve had a problem with them the 1st time a mans name was listed on the BBB to call him 1st before making a complaint so I didn’t & he agreed to refund money then if I would agree not to post a complaint so, I didn’t I just wanted my money back, but this being the 2nd time I decided I’m posting it to warn others. They still have the money they stated they withdrew by mistake.

I refuse to pay for something that never worked, on top of that they add interest. I will be seeking a lawyer. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO IDEAL IMAGE.

I had been going in for maintenance yearly on my legs for several years without much issue - although it wasn't permanent hair removal like it is claimed to be. I tried to schedule with the same technician each time I went and had good results. Then one time I went in and found out my girl had quit and I was scheduled with someone new. Obviously an unskilled new employee, by the time I left my legs were on fire.... I had burn spots ALL OVER MY LEGS..... these did not go away for 2 weeks..... now after a year and a half, I have definite permanent "marks" or dark spots on my legs where these burns occurred. They gave me a credit for another treatment, but I have had reaction anxiety about even going back!!

I also had done the ultherapy prior to this happening and left there bruised and swollen and what I felt was horrific.... I had the one treatment and never had any additional treatments. I have a pretty high tolerance for pain and this was terrible!!

I also did the credit card deal and I also have a balance of $3000.00 and now Comenity has closed the account and it shows as a closed account on the credit bureau with a balance and this doesn't reflect that they closed it because of them and not us the subscribers!!

I have pictures of my legs with the burns and would not mind at least getting my money back on these procedures since this has caused permanent scarring on my legs.

I had my first treatment May 2017, bad experiences in a lot of pain, I got sick everytime I bump,hit or laid on my stomach. All I can say is don't do it..I gained 7lbs., I talked to the manager of Ideal Image, I let her know how unhappy i was with the hole experiences, she gave me a 2nd treatment for free. I got that done Oct.2017 still not happy.The ladies never said anything about the pain or the boating. They said a little discomfort that's B.S!!! The money I paid out is unreal. I feel it is up to "Unhappy Clients " to take action!!! A class action lawsuit that is!!!! 🤔

I had cool sculpting done in May of 2017. I was told I was a perfect candidate. Wanted 4 areas done, upper/lower abs, flanks and bra area. Was charged for flanks which they never touched. Was told at my initial consultation that it will take 1 hour per each section, but a few minutes before the procedure I was told due to the new machine each area will only take 35 minutes, right then I felt cheated. It was extremely painful after the procedure during the two minutes massage period which she didn't massage for the full 2 minutes. For the last 90 days I've experienced numbness and itching, my stomach is constantly bloated and is bigger then before the procedure. My diet has not changed at all, I exercise 3-4 times a week. My tummy area and flanks are BIGGER as when I walked in and now I am $6,806 dollars in debt for a procedure that gave absolutely zero results. I am seeking resolution, I am very angry with this company. I do not want to pay this money or have it on my credit.

I opened an ideal image card in May 2017, I paid $4000 cash, and financed the other $5000. A month later I get a letter stating they are dropping comenity bank and my account will be closed. So now i have a closed account with $4000 balance showing on my credit report. Before I went here my credit score was 770, it has dropped down over 100 points to 640!

SCAM

Do not get Ideal Image credit card issued by Comenity bank. Sales representative also told me to make a "minimum payment" each month and I paid more than minimum at the beginning. She did not inform me that if you do not pay off your balance by the "end of the promotional period" that I would be charged with a "promotional finance charge" of $713.56. I paid $2998.80 for the overpriced "promotional". I hope there is action taken by all of these complaints.

First off they sugested 10 treatments. It was extremely painful and I actually made me puke and almost pass out during the procedure. My diet has not changed one bit and I excercise 3-4 times a week. I look the exact same as when I walked in and now Im 6,000 dollars in debt for nothing. How to you spend $6.000 and see zero results? They sold me 2 treatments. After they completed them and there was no results they changed my weight and said they could not guarantee the service because I gained weight. I weighed myself each time and know exactly what I weighted. I am still the sAmerican size. The claid is I gained 9 pounds nce Feb . They have major problems their entire staff have walked off two times since my treatment and nobody knows what is going on. I want my money back! I feel so cheated and misled!

I only had a small amount of fat in my stomach, muffin tops and back, for which I had cool sculpting done. 6-8 months later I am twice the size!!! I've never been this big and I eat well and exercise. I had muscle definition and now it's all a blob. Can someone please start a class action suit against these impostors??? What am I supposed to do now with this body!! It's so foreign to me and nothing I do helps! I'm freaking out!!!

I went in 2015 to cool sculpting instead of them telling me that i was too heavy they put the machine me anyway and i did everything i was told to do now it is 2017 what they did didn't help it made me gain weight and now i need surgery because that is the only way i can get rid of the melted fat

I went in for a consultation for Coolsculpting, was sold on it, was approved by financing for eight areas 6,000.00. I had the procedure done, 9/16 was told I should see a difference in 3months. 3months later the only change were my love handles ever so slightly, but I had been working out so those were changes I could have accomplished with it costing me that amount of money. My lower abdominal which is why I went was larger than what I initially went in for. I complained and was offered to have that area done again. I repeated the procedure on12/16 and now my lower belly is twice the size it was when I initially went to get the procedure. I now have intermittent nerve pain. I had several consultations at other areas and was immediately told that I am not and never was a candidate for coolsculpting. Oh yeah let me mention that I later found out that Ideal Image unlike other places that perform coolsculpting does not use a clinician for their consultation it's a salesperson. So you are duped from the very beginning. I too would like to be included in a class action suit. Does anyone know who aside from Better Business can we contact? My number is 813-381-9690.

I had the coolsculp procedure performed on my abd. Approx. 6 months ago.What a disaster. Poor results lots of pain and my Abd. area is much larger than before the procedure. I experienced and still experience areas of extended numbness with hard areas to the treated area. This is a scam and should be investigated. This procedure is causing women lots of pain, and lots of money with out the expected results that is explained to you. I ended up in the hospital after the procedure.Please put a stop to this Major Scam...People need to beware Do Not Waste your money or your time. Hello to all, I was a client at Ideal Image here in the Cleveland Ohio area. I was receiving the laser hair removal treatment on my chin area. After about a full year of service my nurse burned me badly. I am a African American with medium skin complexion. None of the other nurses that did my treatment hurt me. I don't know if this last nurse felt that she needed to treat me differently but the treatment hurt badly. I was not offered any numbing cream only the aloe afterward. I was in a lot of pain. Since my treatment was done on a Saturday I had to wait till Monday to call and explain my situation. The lady on the phone asked me to send pictures.When I did she claim all she could see was "dark marks". This offended me, now just cause I am African American we do not all have "dark marks". I never had dark discoloration on my chin before, those were clearly burns. I was told to get some Aquaphor and come back. I quickly went to the ER and sought an attorney. Upon reading some of the comments/ complaints there are a lot of unsatisfied customers. Does anyone know where or how to sign up for the Class Action Suit? I am so disappointed and back at square with my issue.

I fell for the advirtising hype and promotion "deal". It was thousands of dollars. I purchased a VIP lifetime membership. Over a 5 year time period. I was a model patient. I did not expose the sun to any areas that were being treated...underarms, legs, feet, fingers and lip. I expected never to have to shave again. On one occasion, my legs were extremely painful, blistered, and hyopigmented after treatment. I was also convinced by the "professional" sales lady that Cool Sculpting was a good idea for my back fat. They have photos on record. It cost me over $9,000.00. This was a waste of my time, travel, weekend and my skin is permanently damaged. The hair still grows even after 8 treatments. The zapped me with the most painful laser and I had to pay for my numbing cream separate. Idk what to do about the burns on my legs and the hyper pigmentation. I deeply regret it. I want a refund, I want to be compensated for pain and suffering. I want to be part of a class act lawsuit against Ideal Image.

Ideal Image is great but their finance company Comenity Bank is weak. I truly had a hardship and was late here recently. I got a new job and current back on track. Before you log in your account there is a message that says call us so we can help if your having a hardship. I called them today and because I had one late fee reversed 10 months ago, I'm not entitled until every 18 months for a reversal?! I spoke to a supervisor Tierra and she said their systems do not allow an override. Bull sh$@! I told her I'd blog about this too and it did not effect her. Now looking at this complaint board I see it's regular.

Do NOT get financing through Ideal Image. They tell you to pay a minimum due, which I did every month on time, not knowing that I was not paying the actual amount due. Which is NOT listed anywhere on the statement. So when my account expired on April 11th I had over $700 in finances charges I owed. I had gone paperless so I paid directly from the link they sent me every month. When you go through the link it does not give any information as to when your promotion ends, only on the statement. What a surprise I got today when I went online to see all of a sudden I owed a ton more money. When I called to talk to someone I was told they could take over $300 off, this wasn't good enough for me, I mean I had paid what they told me to every month, I was given no notice on the two emails they send me every month to make sure I pay my bill and I was calling just days after the promotion expired. The next person I spoke too, the highest I could go, could only take $205 off. She wouldn't help me at all. I feel sick about this. I understand that I wasn't reading my statement, but I thought all of the pertinent information was on the website, why wouldn't it be? When I asked why wasn't there a minimum and maximum due, like all other credit cards (and they call this a credit card) I was told their system doesn't work that way. Of course it doesn't this wayear at the end of a promotion the customer can be told they only paid off the minimum, which was our main option!!! I feel like I have been robbed by these people. I will never go to them again.

4 months after proceedure. The areas are BIGGER. STILL HAVE TINGLING AND NERVE PAIN. I also want to seek advice of an attorney...Paying for a totally bogus proceedure...am bigger now than ever was and I eat clean and workout.

Ideal Image is watering down their botox. Getting injections there for over a year. I noticed each time it wasn't helping my wrinkles, I no longer would feel the tightness or get the shiny forehead after my injections. There answer each time was just that I needed more units each time. I finally went to another place and got the results I was supposed to get. My forehead is once again shiny and my skin felt tighter. They offer a discounted pricing, water down the product and then charge you for more units because you aren't getting results.

I called the store to complain and they said they would have a manager call me back but she never did! That was weeks ago!

I WAS PREPARING FOR MY FIRST NATIONAL CONFERENCE AS A GUEST ORATOR AFTER OF 2 YEARS AFTER THE TRAGIC LOSS OF MY MOTHER. I WAS ASSURED THAT "THEIR TECHS WERE EXCEPTIONALLY TRAINED AND AND EXTENSIVELY DETAILED IN THEIR EVALUATIONS. THERE WERE SEVERAL SERVICES RECOMMENDED AND BOTOX WAS THE INITIAL AND THE MOST NEEDED. FINANCING WAS EXTENDED TO FORTIVA AND THAT WAS REALLY DELIGHTFUL. THE INTAKE SPECIALIST WAS THE CUNNING AND WELL TRAINED IN HIDING THE ACTUAL FACTS OF IDEAL'S PROCEDURES. MY EYEBROWS WERE INJECTED WITH UNEQUAL PORTIONS. THEY WERE INJECTED TO FORM A SPIRALING DOWNWARD ARCH AND MY RIGHT EYEBROW LITERALLY LOOKED LIKE I HAD PASTED IT ON A RIGHT AND DOWNWARD SLANT. I AM VERY PUBLIC AND I HAVE BEEN DISTRAUGHT. I FINALLY GOT AN OPENING WITH MY DERMATOLOGIST WHO WAS NOT AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE NOVEMBER CONFERENCE IN ATLANTA. OH, I DID NOT ATTEND DUE TO WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO MY FACE. IDEAL IMAGE IS NOT CREDIBLE. I SOUGHT MY REFUND FOR THE BOTOX AND FOUND THAT THEY HAD CHARGED AND WERE PAID FOR THE FULL CREDIT LIMIT AFFORDED TO ME BY FORTIVA FINANCING OF $2000.00. THE ULNAR TREATMENT WAS NEXT. AS I LEFT THE FACILITY THE EYEBROW TECH, ONE OF TWO, TOLD ME TO BRING MY OWN SEDATIVE. I CALLED AND CHANGED ON THAT AFTER MY APPOINTMENT FROM A ULNAR THERAPY TO THE VOLUMA. ON THE FOLLOWING MORNING MY EYEBROWS WERE DISTINCTLY IMBALANCED AND THE RIGHT EYEBROW AND THE NEEDLE IMPRINTS WHICH CAUSED THE EYEBROW TO BE ARCHED DOWNWARD.

I MADE COMPLAINTS. I WAS ADVISED THAT I HAD TO SIGN A REFUND AGREEMENT. I QUESTIONED ABOUT BOTH PUNITIVE AND COMPENSATORY DAMAGES. I WAS TOLD THAT AFTER I EXECUTED THE REFUND AGREEMENT MY CLAIM WOULD BE FORWARDED TO LEGAL. WHEN I LOOKED AT THE REFUND AGREEMENT IT ALSO SAID IN THE HEADING "REFUND AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT." I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO LEGAL IN THE NEXT CALL. TO SAY THE LEAST I WAS INFURIATED AT THE INSULT AGAINST MY INTELLIGENCE. " I WAS TOLD THAT A CLAIM WAS BEING SET UP AND I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BY THE END OF THE DAY. .

I TALKED WITH FORTIVA WHO SAID THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO MAKE ANY PAYMENTS AND THAT I COULD LOCATE ANOTHER FACILITY THAT USED THEIR FINANCING TO DO THE VOLUMA AND OT TRY TO CORRECT WHAT WAS DONE TO MY FACE DUE TO THE FAULTY BOTOX.

OH PICTURES WERE TAKEN BY THE RICHMOND OFFICE. THIS FACILITY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, FINED AND A CLASS ACTION ACTION SHOULD BE ENGAGED.
