dress

I ordered a dress from this company in Feb... I received the dress in March and the dress is not like the one online.. I want a refund and I attempted to ship the dress back and it cost $250.00 and the dress was free shipping... This website has no phone number.. I have sent several emails and no response. This is not right for people to take your hard earned money let alone this is my daughters senior prom... Please help me.. The dress in so longer available online... It also was missing a piece from the dress..
