I supposedly ordered a free trial from Idrolabs which if I did I never received I phoned an Australian contact No. To which there were 3 different ring tones before my call was answered by an automated voice I chose to speak to a consultant which took a while. I spoke to a man who told me I had ordered 2 products on free trial only paying the postage. He could only tell me one of the products I allegedly ordered. Told him I hadn't received either product, he came up with 2 postal tracking No. But then further into the conversation he told me I needed to pick the products up!?? I got rather angry by this time asked him where from?? Who from?? He earlier in the conversation did tell me there had been an overcharge on my account of $41.90 USD when I checked my statement again the USD amount was $46.09 so still ripped off $4.19 USD grr
