I submitted a free trial of 2 skin products and authorized to pay postage only 1 week later I was charged $151.69 plus another transaction fee and $127.13 plus $3.81 transaction fee. I would call this fraud. I have cancelled my credit card and disputed charges. Hopefully this will be reversed. The company name is Idrolabs Ltd St Michael and LSA Health & beauty St Michael.

I apparently ordered a free trial costing only the postage!! Apparently I ordered a trial on 2 products Which I never received and were sent out on seperate dates!! Then I have charges of $148.84 and $129.50 and another for $60.64!! They have now cancelled my subscription as they were unable to put any more onto my credit card due to it being maxed!! (Thankfully) then I rang the Australian No. Provided on this cancellation email I told them I had not received any products from them and he only told me one product name I had supposedly orderd. He then told me 2 postal tracking No.s. Which I will follow up. But then when I challenged him again he said I would need to pick the product up??? Where from? Who from? By this stage my blood pressure was at a dangerous level and I hung up on him!! I want my money refunded oh the $60 .64AUD charge he told me was an overcharge of $41.98USD when I checked my statement the charge in USD on my card was $46.09???

advertised product on free trail postage only $14 my visa has just been debited with two amounts $170 $140 I did not give authority for these charges

I have just been debited $155.00 and $130 for a trail that was meant to be $5 each.
I just spoke with custom service and was told that, that was the conversion rate from US dollars to Australian dollars.
I was also told that it was only a free trail for 14 days and that if I did not cancel after 14 days that I was billed the full amount.
What bullshit!!
Can anyone suggest where to go to take this further??

I have located the number and the emails address, called once again and emailed once again. Wanted to share so if anyone else wants to bombard them with "stop sending me your crap" messages please do.

If anybody knows how to get out of this can they please share, I had previously been able to locate a customer service number and reported to cancel the crap that keeps on coming every month which I along with everybody else did not agree to, if anybody can provide direction as to how to escape from this scam I would greatly appreciate the tip, fyi, their prices are on the increase each month as well.

On 2nd February I requested aTRIAL only for 1 product from Hydrolabs. I received TWO products. I was only supposed to pay for the postage, which was duly taken from my account.
On the 18th February I was billed $154.26 and International fee of $4.63
and a further $130.23 with an International fee of $3.91


I strongly request that you refund these monies to me and cease from taking unauthorised monies from my account.

I made an additional order for a trial product and one other item, however there were 3 different amounts charged to my credit card on one day and another charge 7 days later. I do not want to receive any more charges or products.

My wife submitted a request for a $4.50 trial product on credit card 01 below and in my name a second trial for myself on credit card number 02. The cost has gone now to a total of $741 AUD. How do I stop this. The credit cards show debits from all the ones noted above.
