Original Degree Certificate NOT Received

Respected Sir / Madam,

I, a student of DCE (Diploma in Creative Writing in English) under IGNOU, have completed my programme in December, 2016. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the original degree certificate of my programme.

I, therefore, humbly request you to kindly look into the matter so that I may receive my original degree certificate as early as possible. Important to note, I have paid the required fees for convocation, that is, six hundred rupees, on 16.06.2018.

Please let me know, if needed.
