My family and went to the ihop in Statesville as soon as we walked it no greeting, no one knew which booth to put us in so when they asked a gentleman that worked there too he was very sarcastic and then the two ladies that were there were goofing off together while we waited to be seated and until they found menus. Then we get our food, and I find a red short hair under my hash browns, very disgusted they did refund the meal but the unprofessionalism was horrible by the time we left at least 5 of the staff knew about hair and was discussing it near other customers.
