charging 4 times for my free cruise

"We won a free Cruise" for two with three choice of itinerary from three different departing Cities, 6 months ago. and after a very difficult & confusing struggling process, we managed to send the required $100 dollars and after 3 months they send me a email telling me we need to pay $1600 dollars for the two of us, one selected trip and must be send within three days of the email date. it is shameful to aloud companies do that. is there a class action suit against companies like that?
