Long story short...

My husband and I attended a presentation and were given 2 vouchers to travel anywhere in continental US. We paid $100 to reserve dates for travel. We were always told our travel dates were not available. After a year of this foolishness, I requested a refund. I was sent an email from the company offering me various dining discounts, etc in exchange for sending my refund. I declined and was told I had to send a written notice and it would take up to 8 weeks for the refund. Well, I sent 2 written notices and it has been over a year of trying to get my refund and nothing. Total scam!!! They will not even answer the phone now. The voice recording says "send an email and we will respond within 48 hrs"...HA!
