Refund

I was told to send in a written request for my refund. I sent this in December 2016 and was told it would take 8 weeks to process. It had been well over 8 weeks and began to call, only to find that no longer can you speak to a live person, only communication is via email with whom many on here seem to have dealt with Debbie. So then I was told a check was mailed out in 3/27/17 and could take up to 10 business days for me to receive. It is 4/17/17 and still no refund. She also said since they have already mailed a check I will have to wait 6 weeks for them to reissue a check. This is unacceptable and I want my refund!
